Firebirds Baseball has continued its tradition of giving back to our community! On Saturday, November 20, 2021, Chaparral Baseball hosted its annual Goodwill and Angels at Bat donation drives at the Firebirds baseball stadium. With all our players on hand, we loaded up donation boxes and crates to help those in need. This year, our amazing Firebird players and families donated over 1500 pounds of merchandise to local Arizona families! By supporting Goodwill of Arizona each year, Chaparral Baseball helps fight unemployment by empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building stronger communities. The Firebirds also help children around the world play the sport we love, baseball! Through our yearly Angels at Bat donation drive, Chaparral Baseball donates thousands of pieces of baseball equipment and apparel so that children in Africa can learn and enjoy playing our favorite sport. Thank you to the Chaparral Baseball family for supporting our local and global communities!
